Certified OMP Educators are authorised to teach OMP for Parents and Intro to OMP, using approved Optimal Maternal Positioning™ curriculum and resources.

Completing professional OMP training gives you OMP Ambassador status. You may apply the principles within your professional scope, but public teaching of these OMP programs requires Educator Certification.

You can build on your previous learning. The complete two-day OMP for Birth Professionals program is required for the Educator pathway, so you’ll need to complete Day 2.

Applicants should ordinarily have four to six months of practice and integration. Your qualifying professional training must also be within its two-year validity period.

Readiness includes guided video lessons, reflections and an applied OMP scenario to explore your understanding, motivation, teaching intentions and capacity for Certification.

Ginny personally reviews your submitted work. Once you finish, you’ll book your private OMP Educator Readiness Conversation using the link in the final section.

Your $49AUD is credited towards Certification if you’re accepted and enrol within two years.

No. Readiness helps you and Ginny determine the most appropriate next step.

That may be an invitation to join a Certification cohort, completing an outstanding requirement, gaining more experience before a later cohort, or continuing your development as an OMP Ambassador.

Everyone who completes Readiness is invited to a private conversation with Ginny. Acceptance into Certification is decided through personal review and that conversation.
