• Equipment Required: Please let us know if you can bring any of these on the day would be greatly appreciated:
• 1 x Massage table (only if you have one)
• 2 x pillows
• 1 firm birth ball (min. 65cm)
• 1 peanut ball; and a birth rope (if possible).
• 1 x small flotation swim ring (standard size for kids, approx 30-45 cm)
