• This event will be held ONLINE LIVE via the Zoom Platform. (You also get 6 months access to the self-paced online course)
• 1 x Massage table (A couch or bed can also be used if a massage table is not available)
• 2 x Sturdy chairs

• 1 firm birth ball (min. 65cm)
• 1 peanut ball; and a birth rope (if possible).
