Learn the WHY, WHAT and the HOW to teach an Optimal Maternal Positioning (OMP) workshop while being personally supported through key insights of business growth, story telling and the art of communication through a complete transformational journey. A signature blend of online learning, Live virtual training, Live group continued support & Personal One on One coaching.
Step 1: Week 1 to Week 4 - The Learning Journey Begins
We begin by travelling through the OMP Online content starting at OMP Concepts (dynamic Equilibrium), OMP Alignment, OMP active birth positions, OMP pelvic Mobility, OMP reversing protocols and application during Labor & birth.
We then meet weekly for a Live Session where Ginny walks you through step by step to prepare to truly embody what you learn such as case studies of birth scenarios and apply what you learn.
Demonstration through video submissions where we discuss, grow and nurture your growth.
Step 2: Week 5 to Week 6 - Self Transformation journey
Personal growth journey AND childbirth education.
Tap into your story, your purpose, your mission and your WHY. The ability to communicate effectively through story telling and building your personal brand as a birth professional. Understand a deeper sense of human psychology and speak with confidence and conviction through demonstrations in the OMP Educator tribe PLUS supporting each other to grow together.

Step 3: Week 7 to Week 8 - Application and teaching effectively
Taking all you have learned where you will now apply it as you will inspire others by teaching OMP for parents.
With access to the OMP for parents program you can model and share your learning and understanding through demonstrating to others. Application is where alongside Ginny, we will help you refine your teaching methods, understand the power of Neuro Linguistic Programming specific to the art of effectively communicating to groups, one on one consults etc and un- tap the power of story telling.
